About me

Hello! I am Zodie and I am an early career public servant currently working on the development of the Australian Government’s next National Cultural Policy. Prior to beginning this public service career, I worked for the Youth Affairs Council of Victoria. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Dance) from the Victorian College of the Arts, where I was the elected Southbank (Education) Office-bearer for the student union in my final year of study. I has also completed a Graduate Certificate in Public Administration through the University of Canberra, as well as studies in governance through the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and the Institute of Community Directors Australia. I completed a Board Traineeship with YWCA Australia in 2024/25 and previously have sat on the board of other youth-led charities. I is excited to join the board of UN Youth Australia, one of the country’s most recognisable youth-led charities.
