International Wo-MUN's Day
About the Event
International Wo-MUN’s Day is a brand new even which will see students participate in Model UNs which push them to work collaboratively with other like-minded and passionate young women and gender minorities. Together, students will work towards solutions for gender-based issues such as workplace discrimination, reproductive healthcare, gender apartheid, period poverty and education inequality.
This event is designed just for women and gender minorities so they can get involved in Model UN in a supportive and welcoming environment that encourages meaningful connections with other young women and gender diverse students. Beginner friendly, the day will kick off with a How-to-MUN session and addresses from our organising team, followed by two Model UNs which participants will be able to prepare for prior.
Topics may cover sensitive matter so discretion is advised.
