Jeremy Chan

The Board of UN Youth Australia · Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee

Jeremy, unfortunately, did not get the opportunity to participate as a delegate during high school. However, he entered UN Youth Australia as their Chief Financial Officer in 2016 and held the role for 18 months before being elected to the Board. He also served as Treasurer of the Sydney University Law Society (‘SULS’) in 2018, is serving as President of SULS in 2019, and has founded Square One Skills – a not-for-profit focused on improving financial and digital literacy skills in disadvantaged groups.

Jeremy graduated in 2017 from the University of Sydney with an Economics (Hons.) degree and is currently finishing his last year in Law. Now in his final year, Jeremy feels like a veteran of average coffees, procrastination, and last-minute assignments.

With an avid passion for all things edible, Jeremy can be found at various food outlets ranging from fried chicken, to ramen, to gelato. It is rumoured that if you spend enough time with him, you will discover all of Sydney’s (allegedly) best food.
