Jay Singh

The Board of UN Youth Australia · Audit and Risk Committee Chair

Jay joined UN Youth as an Independent Director this year after being captivated by the organisation’s mission and history of empowering young people. He looks forward to working with the Finance & Audit Committee and hopes to leverage his financial acumen and accounting skills to help UN Youth achieve/renew its strategic objectives, as well as build upon its current processes and controls.

Jay graduated with a BCom (Accounting & Finance) from The University of Sydney (USYD) in 2019 and is currently an audit professional at KPMG where he is involved in understanding and scrutinising the governance procedures and financial reporting for a range of clients. His current client engagements cover: healthcare, retail, manufacturing, NFPs and environmental management services. Prior to his current role, Jay was employed as a Career Leader at USYD and served as an executive director of Beta Gamma Sigma and Beta Alpha Psi– both student-led honorary societies.
