Jadalyn David De Busch is a proud Kaanju and Kulkagua Ya Iama women from central Cape York in North Queensland. Jadalyn is currently living, working and learning on the lands of the Wurundjeri peoples’ of the Kulin Nation. As a proud First Nations women, Jadalyn is passionate about human rights and strengthening Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth voice within UN Youth Australia. Jadalyn is passionate about seeing significant change and opportunities for young people in which showcases the diverse voices and opinions of Community.
Outside of her commitment with the UN Youth Australia, Jadalyn works within the Cultural Safety Team at the Victorian Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (VACCHO) which operates as the peak body for the health and wellbeing Aboriginal peoples’ living in Victoria.
Jadalyn is passionate about advocating for the self-determination and the rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people.
