Christine Tang

The Board of UN Youth Australia · Independent Board Director

As an Independent Director, Christine is passionate about the organisation’s purpose of empowering young people to have the confidence to engage with global issues and become their own agents of change.

She is particularly excited about UN Youth’s focus on diversity as she believes greater accessibility is the key to creating change that is more meaningful and inclusive. Outside of UN Youth, Christine holds a postgraduate degree in Master of Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Economics and Finance at the University of Melbourne.

Christine is currently an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Analyst at a not-for-profit organisation called ACSI. She focuses on engaging and encouraging change in Australian listed companies on a range of issues including climate action, gender diversity and human rights.

Prior to her current role, Christine has had financial audit experience at both a private and government level at PwC and the Victorian Auditor-General’s Office.
