Azam leads strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across government, private and non-profit sectors. Azam is particularly interested in relationship mapping and engaging UN Youth’s wide alumni community with existing members, aged between 16 and 25, to create valuable mentoring opportunities in areas of personal and professional development.
Outside of this role, Azam works in PwC Australia’s Consulting practice and was recently appointed to the CEO’s Inaugural People Council as one of four Sydney representatives, working alongside the executive board to influence meaningful cultural change and inform future strategy impacting over 8,000 staff members. Azam is actively involved with PwC’s Social Impact practice, specifically their Green Team, and is passionate about advancing progress on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the decade ahead.
