Registrations for State Conference are now open!

UN Youth Victoria’s annual State Conference brings together over 100 delegates from across the state for a weekend of leadership, diplomacy and advocacy. Join us from the 12th to the 14th of March to take part in the global conversation about international health and how it influences political discourse in the 21st century. This flagship event presents an opportunity for you to develop your skills in public speaking, negotiation and critical thinking alongside an incredible group of like-minded students.

Who is State Conference for?

State Conference is open to all Victorian students in Years 10 to 12 who have an interest in, or would like to learn more about, contemporary global affairs. This event is suitable for students of all levels of experience!

Is this event Covid-safe?

State Conference 2021 will be a socially-distanced COVID-19 safe event compliant with all government regulations at the time of the event. Information will be provided to registered participants closer to the commencement of the conference about the COVID-19 measures that will be in place over the course of the weekend and what they require of participants.

Event Details

When: Friday 12th of March 2021 to Sunday 14th of March 2021

Where: Kensington Town Hall (30-34 Bellair Street, Kensington VIC 3031) and YMCA Camp Manyung (25/35 Sunnyside Rd, Mount Eliza VIC 3930)

Who: Victorian school students in Years 10 to 12

Cost: $250 per person (full and half bursaries available)
