State Conference is an event for young people interested in international affairs. It’s a chance for students to share their thoughts among like-minded peers on the health issues affecting our global community – not limited to just COVID-19! By the end of SACON, students will be more aware of world issues and, more importantly, about the role they can play in shaping our future.
Please note that State Conference 2021 is an overnight residential event. Students will attend the conference on Friday afternoon, stay two nights and return home on Sunday.
The $200 cost of registration is inclusive of venue hire, accomodation, catering, post-event deep cleaning expenses and all educational activities.
State Conference 2021 will be a socially-distanced COVID-19 safe event compliant with all government regulations at the time of the event. Information will be provided to registered participants closer to the commencement of State Conference about the COVID-19 measures that will be in place over the course of the weekend and what they require of participants.
