The ‘Master Your Mind’ Mental Health Summit has been cancelled indefinitely.

We apologise for the inconvenience this causes and will be in contact with those that have registered.

Mental Health is an important part of an individual’s overall wellbeing; however, the concept is often equated with mental illness and conditions rather than a state of well-being.

Want to learn more about the concepts of Mental Health and Wellbeing and how these contribute to an individual’s relationship with themselves, family and friends, wider community and society as a whole? Join us at this one-day event that will break down the misconceptions of mental health and equip you with a deeper understanding of Mental Wellbeing.

This is our first Young Leaders Summit for the year, and perhaps one of the most important for young leaders to engage in. We will be partnering with Open Parachute, who specializes in Teen Mental Health. They will help provide you with the tools to help yourself and others to build, maintain and grow your mental wellbeing.

Throughout the day there will be a variety of workshops, panels and open discussions around mental health, mental illnesses, the impact of bullying, coping with stressful events and situations and many other issues that contribute to YOUR Mental Wellbeing.

Master Your Mind, Young Leaders Summit will be taking place on the 21st of March from 10 am – 3 pm in Room 22 on Level 3 in Building 6 @ UTS.
