Where will you be April 5th? State Conference 2013

By · 08 March, 2013 · News

Three years ago, I attended UN Youth Tasmania’s State Conference as a delegate. It was an incredible weekend, I met some fantastic people who I now count as my closest friends and I was inspired to pursue new interests.  Now in 2013, I want to invite you to join me at State Conference 2013!

Health for All

Health for All

This year State Conference will include all your favourite activities including a blisteringly good Interactive Problem Solving activity and some mad fun resolutions to debate during our Model United Nations. Plus, State Conference will be focusing on the theme of ‘Health for All’ and will allow us to delve into the in’s and outs of foreign aid, health standards and superbugs!!

If that doesn’t excite you then the chance to meet 70 other amazing Tasmanian young people, who will remain your friend for years and years to come! Registrations are filling up quickly, so don’t miss out! You’ll regret it for the rest of your life, so apply now!

Even if you are unable to attend this year, I’d really like your help spreading the word. Tell your friends on Facebook and Twitter! Print or email our brochure and give it to your friends or teacher. Get your teacher to email tasstateconf@unyouth.org.au to enquire about having some UN Youth Tasmania members visit your school or class to give a short presentation. I look forward to seeing many of you back on the 5th April!
